Margaret Kaseje, Ph.D., is a health policy and public health specialist based in Kenya. She has more than 32 years of experience at the senior management level in multi-sectoral health and development programmes at national, regional and international levels.

She has provided technical expertise to governments and leading national, regional and international organizations including WHO, International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Food and Agricultural Organization, Kellogg Foundation, USAID, CDC, UNICEF, and African and Medical Research Foundation among others.

Dr. Kaseje is Professor & Director of Research and Programmes at the Tropical Institute of Community Health and Development in Kisumu, Kenya; and Visiting Professor for Health Policy & Planning and International Health at Universite Libre des Pays des Grands Lacs, Goma DRC.
